The Challenge

The client was a private real estate developer in Florida who needed to pre-sell luxury villa units before construction started. Traditional marketing with floor plans and 2D drawings wasn't generating enough buyer interest. They needed photorealistic 3D renders that would make potential buyers emotionally connect with the property.

The timeline was extremely tight — only 5 business days to deliver 12 high-resolution images including 6 exterior views and 6 interior room renders, all with professional staging and landscaping.

Our Approach

Day 1 — Consultation & Planning: We analyzed the architectural drawings, discussed the target buyer demographic (luxury homebuyers), and planned camera angles that would highlight the villa's key selling points: pool area, master bedroom, living room, and facade.

Day 2-3 — 3D Modeling & Scene Setup: Using 3ds Max, we built the complete 3D model. We sourced premium furniture models and materials to match the luxury aesthetic the client envisioned.

Day 4 — Rendering & Lighting: Using D5 Render, we created photorealistic lighting for both daytime exterior shots and warm evening interior ambiance. Each image was rendered at 4K resolution.

Day 5 — Post-Production & Delivery: Final color grading, sky replacement, and people/vehicle placement in Photoshop. All 12 images delivered in both print-ready (300 DPI) and web-optimized formats.

The Results
