What information do you need to start a rendering project?

We typically need architectural floor plans, elevations, or 3D model files (SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar). If you have reference images showing the style, materials, or mood you're looking for, those are incredibly helpful. Don't worry if you don't have everything — we can work with whatever you have and guide you through the process.

How long does a typical project take?

Single renders are typically completed within 2-3 business days. Virtual tours take 3-5 days depending on the number of viewpoints. Full cinematic animations can take 5-10 days depending on duration and complexity. We also offer rush delivery for urgent projects at an additional fee.

Do you offer revisions?

Absolutely! We include unlimited revisions with every project. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the final result. During the process, we share work-in-progress previews so you can provide feedback at every stage before the final render.

What file formats do you deliver?

Renders are delivered in high-resolution PNG or JPEG format (4K resolution standard). Animations are delivered in MP4 (H.264/H.265) format. Virtual tours are delivered as hosted web links that can be embedded into any website. We can accommodate custom format requests as needed.

How do payments work?

We accept payments through bank transfer, Wise, Remitly, Payoneer, and PayPal. For larger projects, we typically require a 50% deposit upfront with the balance due upon delivery. All transactions are secure and we provide detailed invoices for your records.

Can you work with my existing 3D model?

Yes! We work with all major 3D formats including .skp (SketchUp), .rvt (Revit), .dwg (AutoCAD), .fbx, .obj, .3dm (Rhino), and .blend (Blender). If you have an existing model, we can enhance it with materials, lighting, and environment to create stunning final renders.
