These terms govern your use of ShotArch's website and services. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
By accessing the ShotArch website (shotarch.com) or engaging any of our services — including but not limited to 3D rendering, virtual tours, cinematic animations, real-time walkthroughs, product visualization, and web development — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and ShotArch ("we," "our," or "us"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and any other person who accesses or uses our website and services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
ShotArch provides professional architectural visualization services that transform design concepts into visual experiences. Our services include:
Each project begins with a consultation phase where we discuss your requirements, review reference materials, and provide a detailed quote including scope, timeline, and pricing. A project is formally initiated only after you accept the quote and fulfill the payment terms described in Section 5. We require sufficient source materials (floor plans, 3D models, reference images, or design specifications) to commence work on any project.
Delivery timelines are estimated during the quotation phase and depend on project complexity, scope, and current workload. Typical timelines are: single renders (2-3 business days), virtual tours (3-5 business days), animations (5-10 business days), and complex projects (negotiated individually). While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen technical challenges, scope changes, or force majeure events. We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly.
Completed files are delivered electronically via cloud storage links (Google Drive, WeTransfer, or similar services), or via direct email for smaller files. We ensure all deliverables meet the specifications agreed upon during the quotation phase. Delivery links remain active for a minimum of 30 days after delivery, during which time you should download and backup all files.
We are committed to your complete satisfaction and offer a generous revisions policy to ensure the final result meets your vision:
All pricing is provided on a per-project basis during the quotation phase. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for scope changes or additional requirements that emerge during the project.
We accept payments through the following methods: bank transfer (SWIFT/local), Wise, Remitly, Payoneer, and PayPal. For projects exceeding $1,000 USD, we typically require a 50% deposit before commencing work, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of the final files.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon work. Refunds are not available after final files have been delivered and approved by the client. If you are unsatisfied with work in progress, please communicate your concerns before final delivery so we can address them through our revisions process.
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the final deliverables are transferred to you, the client. You may use the final renders, animations, and other deliverables for any commercial or personal purpose without restriction, including marketing, advertising, print materials, websites, and social media.
ShotArch retains the right to use completed projects in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials for self-promotion purposes, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. If your project involves confidential or proprietary designs, please inform us before the project begins and we will arrange a non-disclosure agreement.
Unless specifically included in the project scope and pricing, source files (3ds Max scenes, SketchUp models, Unreal Engine projects) remain the property of ShotArch. Source files can be purchased separately upon request at an additional fee.
To ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery, clients are responsible for:
